Our check-in time starts at 3:00 PM and ends at 9:00 PM. Please note that our front desk closes at 9:00 PM. However, if your plans require a later check-in, we're happy to accommodate you with a small fee of $15 due to the after-hours service.
For guests booking dorm rooms, please know our latest check-in is until 2:00 AM. We kindly request this earlier cutoff time to ensure minimal disturbance to other guests who may already be asleep.
Check-Out
We kindly ask guests to vacate their rooms by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Please ensure all personal belongings are removed from the room by this time.
Should you need a temporary storage solution for your luggage, we provide a convenient storage room downstairs where you can securely store your bags until 9:00 PM on the same day of checkout. This allows you to explore the area or attend any last-minute activities without the burden of carrying your luggage.
Do you have an age restriction?
To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, we have a policy regarding minors under the age of 18. Please note that we do not permit minors to stay in shared dormitories. If you or someone in your group is traveling with a minor under the age of 18, the options available are to either rent out the entire dorm room or opt for a private room.
Is ID or Credit Card required to stay in the hostel?
ID
We require guests to present a valid government-issued identification, such as a driver's license or passport. Please note that students ID’S, photocopies or scanned copies on the phone will not be accepted.
Credit Card
Additionally, a credit card under the name of the person who made the reservation must be presented at the time of check-in. This ensures a smooth and secure transaction process.
Do you offer luggage storage? Do you have lockers?
Luggage storage
We understand that traveling often involves managing luggage, so we provide a convenient luggage room for our guests. Our secure luggage room is accessible only by staff and is available for guests to store their bags from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
However, please note that guests must take all their belongings with them at the time of check-in, and we do not allow overnight storage of items in the luggage room.
Lockers
Each bunk bed in our rooms has designated lockers for added security. If you don't have a lock for your locker, no worries! Visit our front desk, where we can provide you with one for purchase.
Do you have an elevator? Are you wheelchair accessible?
Our property does not have elevators and is accessible only via stairs. We regret to inform you that due to this limitation, our hostel is not wheelchair accessible and may not be suitable for individuals with mobility issues.
Are you dog-friendly?
We're delighted to announce that our dog-friendly hostel allows our guests' furry companions to join them during their stay. However, please note that dogs are permitted only in private rooms.
A one-time fee of $50 will be added to your stay to accommodate your four-legged friend.

Are the washrooms shared? Are towels included?

One of our standout features is that each room comes with its own designated washroom, ensuring privacy and cleanliness for all guests.
For those opting for a private room, rest assured that your washroom is exclusively yours; no need to share with others.
In our dorm rooms, washrooms are shared but only among the occupants of that particular room.
Towels
We provide towels free of charge. Should you require a fresh one during your stay, trade in your used towel at the front desk, and we'll happily supply you with a new one.
How long can I stay in the hostel?
We limit reservations to a maximum of 14 days. Should you wish to extend your stay beyond the initial 14 days, you may inquire with our managers.
However, please be aware that we reserve the right to cancel any reservation exceeding the 14-day limit, as we prioritize accommodating short-term travelers.
What is your cancellation policy?
At our hostel, we strive to offer flexibility and transparency with our cancellation policy. For reservations made under the 'Standard Rate', guests have until 3pm the day before check-in to cancel free of charge. However, failure to cancel by this time will result in a charge for the first night of the stay.
Please note that for reservations made under the 'Non-Refundable Rate', guests are committed to the full price regardless of cancellations, changes, or no-shows.
